View files in Branches of SourceTree

I can see changed files in the working copy but I'd like to see all of the files in the repository the way I can in MacHg. Is this doable?

Yes. Change the "Show pending" dropdown above the file list to whatever filter you prefer (sounds like you want "Show All").
