I have made some changes to a couple of usernames in JIRA, to standardize the usernames across all our internal tools and systems. I have performed these changes in JIRA user management with my Admin permissions. However, when I export the reports from JIRA or JIRA apps like worklogpro for time details, I still see the old usernames. Am I missing something here? Could someone please assist me to fix this. Thanks.
