Update Failed: Problem Adding SSH Key & Loading Owners Failed

I am now receiving the following errors. I have searched and tried various things to fix the issue but no luck. Extremely frustrating because the "Upload Failed" notification cuts off and if you click it nothing happens it goes away so I am not even entirely sure of the entire message.
