Unable to view all remote repositories in SourceTree

Edited

I am a system administrator within Bitbucket Server, I am in all relevant project groups and can access all repositories from within Bitbucket.

Using SourceTree 3.2.6, only a subset of the remote repositories are visible on the 'remote repositories' tab. I have examined all the projects and repositories within Bitbucket and can see no reason why this should be the case.

I have looked at some of the other posts related to this issue, but none offer a solution. Has anyone else encountered this particular siutation?
