Unable to push commits to a branch due to authentication problems.

Hi, I'm developing a game using Unity, we created a repository at a dev azure account, but we are using Sourcetree to control the commits, pushes, etc. Lately, I'm getting this error, which I was able to correct by deleting the password file and authenticating again, but now it is not working:

Every time I try to push, it asks for a Username and Password, but it won't work. It won't recognize my username/password as a valid user. I updated Git to version XXXX and updated Sourcetree to the latest version, but the problem remains. Any ideas on how to solve the problem?
