Unable to look up repo

Every time trying to clone repo via sourcetree in windows i recieve error

Command: git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false --no-optional-locks ls-remote https://adamovitchart@bitbucket.org/adamovitchart/numbtowordsconverter.git
Output: 
Error: fatal: unable to look up adamovitchart@bitbucket.org (port 9418) ()

and

 This is not valid source path/URL

I cant fix it with fully sourcetree removal and reinstallation

Mine isn't showing up either. I thought they have a dedicated support team in the forums for SourceTree?

With all the unanswered issues with SourceTree this month I am guessing not...
