Hi @Divya.Sarikonda ,

I see that you opened a support ticket open for this issue and I've talked with my colleague who responded to that ticket.

She told me that you were able to commit your file locally, but then you were not able to push this commit. Is this correct?

I would like to ask a few questions so we can better help you:

1. You mention that you are unable to commit files under new branch, but I see in the screenshot that for this specific repo, only master branch exists locally. Have you created a local branch other than master in SourceTree, and have you created a commit in this new branch?

2. Is there a remote URL set for this repo? You can check this if you select Settings (from the top right corner in your screenshot, while this repo is open in ST) > tab Remotes. Is there a URL there for the Bitbucket repo?

Kind regards,
Theodora
