Trying to upgrade to SourceTree 3.4.12; getting error

Edited

I use SourceTree v3.4.9.0 for Windows. I tried to upgrade to v3.4.12 using Tools > Options > Updates > Update button. When I try, I get this error message:

"Error
There was an error during the update process.

Method not found: ‘Void
SharpCompress.Readers.lReaderExtensions.WriteEntryToFile
(SharpCompress.Readers.lReader, System.String,
SharpCompress.Readers.ExtractionOptions)'.

[Copy to Clipboard]
[Cancel]"

When I click [Cancel], I am returned to the Updates window and I see a green checkmark.

Does anyone know what this error means?

I reinstalled SourceTree from a direct download link I had found for 3.4.10. It was in this post:

We have fixed the issue and will be applicable into next release as it was already shipped into previous version. So for workaround please update(reinstall) the sourcetree directly from this link.

Thanks,

Vipin

I then updated the app to 3.4.12. It now works.
