Trouble running SourceTree - It just disappears after a few seconds

SourceTree used to work on my Windows 10 PC, then I went and messed with the Credentials Manager and now it just disappears after a few seconds. I see errors in the Windows Event Viewer.

It's a great application, and I'd really like to use it....

I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but the same problem persists.
