No I haven't tried removing te account. How to do that? Can u share the steps.

Also do note that we are using the the Proxy settings in network tab. Please assist

Looks like it's not the account, but rather something wrong with the proxy configuration. Could you provide your current proxy configuration?

Hello! Which version of Sourcetree are you using, and which OS are you using (Windows, or Mac)?

The source tree vrsion is 3.1.3 and OS is wndows. Can u reply soon.

What's the URL you're trying to clone? Could you provide a screenshot or the error message you're seeing?

Remaining if I try to checkout in source tree I get same error. Source not valid.

What's the error when you click "Details..." on the clone page?

Have you tried removing and then re-adding the account "ashishagarwal1" in Sourcetree and then try cloning again?
