Suddenly can't use external difference comparison

We suddenly can't use external difference comparison. When we press the option, it doesn't open beyond compare outside.

I change the path to beyond compare 5. When I reset the source tree it returning to the path of beyond compare3 again.

I know that this is an older issue that was submitted to the committee, have you been able to resolve it?  If not I would suggest upgrading sourcetree to the latest version and seeing if this fixes the issue.  If that does not work, I would suggest trying it on a different computer or see if others on your team are having the same issue.
