Submodule not showing up

Hello,

I recently added another submodule, but its' not showing up in the sourcetree tool.

temp.png

I checked the .gitmodules and .git/config files; both contain info about the new submodule.

.git\modules\Assets\Project\Resources shows folders and info for both the Entities submodule and the EntitiesV2 submodule.

I have tried closing and relauching Sourcetree.

I have already pushed the changes to .gitmodules.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you
Les

I am still trying to figure this out.

Some new info; my online view of my gitlab repo (completely outside of Sourcetree) is not aware of this missing submodule.
