Strange: two different Sourcetree with same version?

I got the same OS X 10.9.3 on two computers.

I got the same Sourcetree 1.9.3.1 (1.9.3.1) on those computers.

Yet, the look and feel for those two Sourcetree is different!

I'm guessing that there is some UI element that is set in the initial version that is not modified by upgrades. Were both SourceTrees initially installed at the same time (same version)?
