Sourcetree won't connect to bitbucket

When try to push something from Sourcetree to my bitbucket account it makes me log in. When I try to do that, it gives me the message "git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false --no-optional-locks push -v --tags origin master:master
Logon failed, use ctrl+c to cancel basic credential prompt.
Completed with errors, see above." So then I try again and click "can't log in?" That takes me to a separate page to reset my password. I put in my email like it says and click send reset email. It then asks me to enter my email again under the heading "We'll send a recovery link to" and then I put in my email. I click the button to continue and it sends me back to my bitbucket account but it NEVER SENDS ME A PASSWORD RESET EMAIL and it keeps asking for the credentials when I try to push things and then it says they're wrong. I tried deleting generic credentials in Windows and I tried pulling things before I push and it just won't allow it.
