Sourcetree remote: Repository not found.

Since the git have changed login via personal toke, Source tree is became useless. I have added account via all available key but every-time I try to pull or push it gives error "remote: Repository not found." . same repo works with github desktop.

I have some commits from source tree which are local and never get pushed to remote. Is it possible to save those commits and push to git via other client ?

I am using SourceTree 4.1.3 on mac. I see all my repo on main screen on source tree but when I pull or push it gives me error,
