I have version 3.1.3 installed on Windows 10.  It crashes on me on a regular basis.  

I was thinking of reinstalling in the hopes it would fix the bugs.

What's the safest way of doing this without losing current settings and repository mappings?

You can just download a newer version from our site and install it, it will just replace the old version and your previous information data will remain. If you have any other questions, let us know!
