Sourcetree keeps freezing up on Mac Monterrey operating system

Hello. I recently upgraded my operating system from Catalina to Monterrey. My source tree was working perfectly fine on Catalina. After the upgrade to Monterrey, my source tree freezes up all the time. I also got a new Macbook Pro with M1 processor that came with Monterrey. I am having the same exact freezing issue on source tree with the new laptop also. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Version: v4.2.0 (246).

Same. I'm on Ventura (13.1) now and it frequently hangs whenever I open a window of a large project (with complex Git history). I believe it's a performance issue of Sourcetree, having too much disk reads / writes in that case. I'm willing to help with the issue by providing some logs or other info. Contact me if it helps.
