Sourcetree broken after macOS 12.3 update?

Sourcetree (4.1.6 (242)) is unusable for me since updating to 12.3 (Intel). It doesn't even open a repository window. Are others experiencing this or is this specific to me?

Also after updating sourcetree to 4.1.6 and trying to reinstall it I encounter problems that do not allow me to use the software

Same here. Been waiting for a SourceTree update.
