Sourcetree & githup over ssh problem

A've got macos Catalina. Today i've install last update (but i'm not sure that it's a cause).

So, my config is:

1) project on github cloned over git@github.com:...

2) i'm able to push & fetch by git 2.23.0

3) i'm able to push/fetch in sourcetree over https

3) i'm unable to push/fetch in sourcetree over git@ (ssh):

git@github.com: Permission denied (publickey).
