Sourcetree Commercial Usage Policy

I would like to understand the usage policy of Sourcetree software, some of the questions on which I seek clarity are below :

1. Is Sourcetree free for commercial use.

2. Can I use sourcetree in the course of developing software/solutions for my organization's client which uses BitBucket for SCM Because the Atlassian license policy states :
        3.3. Restrictions -
              (c) use the Software for the benefit of any third party.

I would be glad if someone from Atlassian team could please clarify the above doubts and point to the license agreement for the same so we may continue using the product or take remediation steps otherwise.

@Ana Retamal - Can you please answer this as you have answered similar question before but those are somewhat dated and the Atlassian TOS has been updated recently in August 2019.
