I have started my Sourcetree app this morning (MacOS) and the icon has turned red, is version 3.1(201) and it is now called SourceTree-Alpha. Does anyone know why this has happened?
A quick bit of googling seems to indicate that this is a Beta release but I am not signed up for beta testing and the name seems to indicate it is not even a Beta yet. Has anyone else had this issue?
Thanks
I have the alpha issue since a while, and today it still offers me the 3.0.1 alpha as an update, with no option to sign out of alphas altogether.
And, notably, this is build (201) while the shipping 3.0.1 is (205), so it breaks the fixes to "stree" that were delivered in (203).

I am experiencing this too, and I have no idea what's happening. I'm not sure I want to use an alpha version with work projects.
