Hi

Our Bitbucket Server is cofigured with LDAP-Users. When I try to do the Registration of Sourcetree I get the following error (the names are just examples, but the error message is the same with the real ones):registration.jpg

In the file %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree\2feebbf1-14c4-40ec-b939-66e919c35261sourcetree.log I've found following errors:

2020-02-04T14:22:51: LogHost: Initializing to normal mode
2020-02-04T14:29:15: VaultClient::Delete
2020-02-04T14:29:15: credentials not found for git:https://prename.name@bitbucket.company.com
2020-02-04T14:29:15: VaultClient::Delete
2020-02-04T14:29:15: credentials not found for sourcetree-rest:https://prename.name@bitbucket.company.com

It seems that Sourcetree is adding the URL to the name. But since the Bitbucket Server Users are managed by LDAP the domain name is different.

UPDATE: Sourcetree 2.6.10 can connect to the Bitbucket Server with the credentials as in the image. All Sourcetree Versions 3.x have the reported issue. The Bitbucket Server Version 6.1.9.

Regards

Stefan
