SourceTreeApp (3.1.2) does not install on W10

Hi

I am trying to install ex-novo SourceTreeApp (3.1.2) on a W10 laptop.  The app downloads and starts, but when I exit there is no trace of it in the system.

Any thoughts about why this is happening?
