SourceTree will not start - Files in CrashDumps folder

I have been unable to resolve this issue for some time (2-3 months). I have uninstalled/re-installed SourceTree a dozen times, and searched for answers, which never seem to line up with my particular issue/configuration/etc.

Simply put, the application will not start. The only thing I have just noticed is that .dmp files have been added to the AppData/Local/CrashDumps folder:

Any help would be appreciated.
