SourceTree 3.4.12 on Windows 10 keeps opening in install wizard every time.

I just installed SourceTree version 3.4.12 on Windows 10.  It's working for me BUT every time I exit and click the icon to open / launch it again it brings me to the set-up screen asking me if I'm using Bitbucket server or Bitbucket?  I thought I was crazy having to set this up each time I launch SourceTree, anyone know of a fix for this?
