Source doesn't detect changes in .github/workflows directory

OS: OSX 10.15.6

Sourcetree version: 4.0.2

For whatever reason Sourcetree doesn't seem to notice changes to files in .github/workflow directory.

This directory is tracked, and I can confirm changes are picked up by git with `git status`, but Sourcetree doesn't notice them.

It does once I run `git add .`, and shows modified files correctly once commited.

I'm having the same issue. If I kill SourceTree and restart it, it detects the changes.
