The sourcetree tab is not showing the name given when add a repository. The tab just display the folder name of the repo.
This issue happen after I updated the version to 3.1.3
Hello! You can rename the bookmark (under the Local section of the New Tab) by right-clicking on the repository and selecting "Rename". This will rename the bookmark and change the display name of the tab. Make sure you close the tab before renaming it.
Hi!
It's correct that you can rename it, but if you restart the application - it's back to showing the foldername of the repo.
In earlier versions - it didn't behave this way. I like it a lot when showing the correct name given!
regards
Jens

Thanks for the info. It appears this is a bug on our end and I'll file a ticket for a fix.

Exactly, it's so annoying. The issue has been a month already sitting here without any update on the solution. Need this bug to be fixed ASAP.

Everything above a month is a very long time to fix a bug - but again that's only seen from my side of the table - the everyday user....

The status of the ticket is "Waiting for Release". So I'd guess it will be fixed in 3.4.16

Another issue found on 3.4.16, the tab name using the actual folder name once I close and re-open source tree.
For example the I gave the repo name on source tree as Repo-A and the actual folder is My-Project.
