Source Tree trial period is ended, am trying to register with my atlassian account but source tree keep giving me incorrect password, I tried to reset the password and it was reseted successfuly (I was able to login again) but still source tree is not accepting the account login.
How can I proceed to resolve this problem?

I would recommend you to try using the latest SourceTree version.
If the issue persist please raise a Support Case at https://support.atlassian.com so the SourceTree engineers can check your Atlassian account
