I have not used SourceTree for a while and all of a sudden pushing to BitBucket will report: remote: Invalid credentials

I know my credential of my BitBucket account, which I logon to with my Google account. And in my account the SourceTree app is given access. What I am uncertain about is what to enter in the Remote Details dialog of Source Tree. I have:

Remote Name: origin

URL: https://bitbucket.org/<my username>   (this is probably the problem!)

Standard Remote: clicked

Remote Account: <my username> / Bitbucket

Anyone who can help get these straight?
