Hello,

"repo sync" seems to reset remote branch tracking settings made with Sourcetree.

After a "repo sync" I always have to do this again:

1. Right-click on a local branch (for example master)

2. Hover on "Track remote branch"

3. Select "origin/master"

This reset seems to happen because during the "repo sync", in the configuration file

\.repo\projects\..\someproject.git\config

the following bold line is changing from

[branch "master"]
remote = origin
merge = refs/heads/master

to

[branch "master"]
remote = origin
merge = master

Any idea how to avoid this?

Thanks

Hi

Can you clarify what action, buttons you are using when you refer to "repo sync" ? Thanks.

Yes, I am talking about running repo sync in the terminal to update all projects.
