Remote branch is empty in left sidebar

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Today I can not see any remote branch in the left sidebar. I have tried "Refresh" and "Refresh Remote Status" menu, but it doesn't work.
Does any one can help me to get my remote branches back?
