Programm needs to much ressources of pc. Normal??

Hello everyone,

my Sourcetree programm needs about 50% of my random access memory(RAM)

and the screen often freezes and crashes.Ich have 16GB Ram, so normally is should manage the program. Is that normal? Do i have to change something in the Settings or what kann i do?

@Sebastian_Schöner  it depends on. 

1. Are you on latest version?

2. How many repo did connect?

3. How often those repo updating? etc

Normally on my PC it eat the same on sync period, after it works well

I have the version 3.3.8 and at the time no repos are connected, because i have downloaded the programm a few days ago.
