Hello. I am attempting to support a user who is trying to move their Source Tree application to another Mac. However, the password that she uses to log into Atlassian is not working in the program on the other machine. She cannot log into her git repository as a result.
I have reached out to technical support but got redirected here. I have no experience with Sourcetree and am unsure of how to proceed. Help is appreciated. Thank you.
