Not all workspace repos showing in Sourcetree

Since short only the repositories directly under my username [USER1]/repo-X are showing in Remote repos list in Sourcetree and not the ones with other workspace names, for example [WORKSPACE1]/repo-y or [WORKSPACE2]/repo-z.

This only happened after MacBook Pro update to Monterey version 12.1 a few days ago, so I'm expecting it has something to do with the update. Previously it was all working fine, so all repos I had access to were showing, so also WORKSPACE1 and WORKSPACE2.

Seems to be a regression https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREE-5364

It is marked low priority, I suggest voting and comment in it.
