Not able to reinstall source tree installer windows 10 starts but nothing come up

Not able re install source tree on windows 10 after it was not opening  i uninstalled and deleted APP data on local folder for source tree and tried installing it doesn't show any prompt after source tree background it just vanishes and i can see the source tree installed in remove program list but doesn't show up anywhere else any suggestion or help will be greatly appreciated.
