Newer versions of SourceTree (after 4.1.2) crash on commit on macOS

Edited

I keep on trying to update to the latest versions of SourceTree on my macOS 11.6 but every time I try to make a commit, SourceTree crashes and I end up rolling back to version 4.1.2 from the SourceTree archive downloads page, since that's the only version that seems to work fine on my machine. Is there anything in the newer versions that could be causing this issue? I checked to make sure I had a Full Name and Email in my settings for commits, and I do. I just don't know what else to look for. I can send crash reports to the team, just don't know how to do that.

Update: I originally said that 4.1.5 was working correctly, in fact, I had to go all the way back to 4.1.2 to get it working again. I haven't been able to upgrade since 4.1.2

Thanks!

Same here. Every update since 4.1.3 make it unusable on MacOS, crashing in different occasion (updating, committing, mostly just opening a repo screen)
