My code changes not visible in sourcetree
I have an issue where my code changes are not visible in source tree.
For instance in the image below
I have disabled 5 items but can only see one in my source tree.
Also the lines in the entire file I want to commit are shown in the different order not corresponding to the original.
Is there a way how to solve this issue?
