My Android Studio and Source Tree are not in Sync

Hi, I am having some issues with my Source Tree syncing with Android Studio. Before when I changed branches on Source Tree my Android Studio would also switch to that branch. This is no longer happening and also when I push or commit something from Source Tree I don't see the changes on my Android Studio. Can someone please help me with this.

Make sure that your Local repositories at Source Tree is correct
