Malware scanner identifies Sourcetree Mac app as infected with malware

Is the latest download of Sourcetree infected with Riskware/Morstar!OSX

My FortiClient picked it up as malware-infected app.

Hi Rajiv, welcome to the Community!

That would be a false positive. Per company policy we scan Sourcetree with Symantec Cloud Protection for Storage before they get released. You're safe to use it :)

Maybe reach out Fortinet folks to get the app whitelisted as their network/security solutions are used by many organizations.
