Login error


I am not able to sourcetree on mac login using same Id & password which i used to login for windows.

Please help me to sort this issue.

I am using latest version of Sourctree 3.2.1

Hi @Shreenivas kokil , welcome to the Community!

You said you're not able to log in to Sourcetree, but you didn't provide any more details about it so it's difficult for us to understand what went wrong. 

Did you get any error message? Can you send us a screenshot?

Since you mentioned this happened in Sourcetree for Mac but it works for Sourcetree for Windows, I wonder if the issue might be related to this bug we found recently: SRCTREE-6882. If your username has a space, Sourcetree for Mac will fail to log you in. 

Please let us know if that is your situation, or if there might be something else causing the problem.

I think is version specific issue while I have install Sourcetree old version where i can successfully login with same User ID & Password.
