Log Selected including commits of pull requests

Hi, 

I got a large set of pull requests (say over 50). Before pulling the requests, I would like to see what are the changes made in a particular file (*.m). For that I was using "log selected" function for that file, but it just list previous commits, without including the commits made on the pull requests (if any).

 

Any help would be really appreciated.
