Localhost refused to connect while authorizing sourcetree

I can't finish installing Sourcetree.

One of the error messages when trying to connect it to Bitbucket account in previous Sourcetree versions is this:

Unable to get secret
Unable to get user secret
Unable to receive callback from OAuth service provider
Operation is not supported on thisplatfrom
Please try restarting Sourcetree

On the latest version it just says:

Localhost31046 refused to connect when confirming access to my bitbucket account.

I am using Windows 10, my browser is Google Chrome, also tried it on Microsoft Edge.

Nothing seemed to work

Tried also various versions of Sourcetree.

Any solution for this?
