Is there a way to copy the list of files displayed in the Log/History panel?

I need a way to copy a list of changed files from SourceTree that I can paste into Excel or Word.  Just a simply "copy" of the list of files in the Log/History panel.  Alas, while I can select them all, there is no ability to copy them.  Ctrl-C doesn't do it, and the right-click menu has SourceTree commands, not the usual Windows right-click which includes "copy".

Is there any way to do this?
