Is it possible to jump to the direct children of a commit?

Is it possible to jump to the direct children of a commit?

In Sourcetree, it is possible to jump to the parents of a commit. However, I want to go the other way, from a parent to a child. If the tree is small, then it is easy to just follow the tree up manually. However, if the tree is large, it can involve quite a large amount of scrolling. Is it possible to jump to the parent of a commit?
