Installation error for SourceTree

I am trying to install sourcetree. I get all the way to the ready to install screen, I click on 'Install' and immediately get a popup message, "Are you sure you want to cancel SourceTree installation?" with the standard Yes / No options.

Has anyone else had this behavior and do you have any information on how to get the install to work?

I am currently running windows 7, I have .net 4.5 installed.

Thank you for any help you can give.

Try right-clicking on the installer and select "Run As Administrator"

Very surprised no one answered to this query. I'm not able to update SourceTree due to this error. Same error pops up when i try to uninstall. 

How did you manage to upgrade?
