If I make a change to my repository on Github how can I get the new commits to appear in Sourcetree

I am new to Sourcetree and started by cloning a repo from Github. I made a change to this repository that I cloned from Terminal and pushed the change up to Github through Terminal. I then tried refreshing and fetching to update the repo on Sourcetree. However, the new commit never appears.

Is there a way I can link a repo on github to Sourcetree and then see changes/updates made to that repo from outside Sourcetree then appear on the Sourcetree GUI?

Thank you for your insight!
