I want to request and pull new content but i get an Error 403.

I get:

remote: Too many invalid password attempts. Try logging in through the website with your password.
fatal: unable to access 'https://SteffenNitschke@bitbucket.org/rene_wegener/smartransfer_api.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403

 

But i don't try to login or something else and now i can't get new Updates of our Software. What can i do now. Just someone try to hacking me and because of that i can working??

Hi Steffen! A 403 response means that the web server is denying access to the requested resource, in this case it could be due to the following reasons:

  1. The credentials you're using are wrong
  2. You don't have permissions to access that  repository 

Have you tried pulling the content using the terminal? If the terminal is also not working, then the issue is not with SourceTree itself and we'd need to look for the root cause somewhere else.

Can you confirm if you can access that repo through the Bitbucket website? If you don't remember your password, you can reset it using this link.
