Hi hayami,

that is quite a hard one. In order to debug this - do you have the chance to test on a different user on the same machine? Doing so you could narrow down if there are some (maybe wrong?) settings in your current user profile which prevent the start of Sourcetree.

In case this should not help you could investigate further if a virus scanner, or some other protection software is maybe preventing a start.

From looking into other threads here in community there are some signs this also could be related to some frameworks (.NET Framework) that are necessary for Sourcetree which could explain why a reinstall of Sourcetree did not do the trick.

Cheers,
Daniel
