Hi,
I cannot log in in Application SourceTree. I tried versions:
2.2.4.0, 2.4.8.0 , 2.1.10.0 , 2.1.2.5, 1.9.9.20, 2.5.
I'm getting an error: Something went wrong while attempting to validate your credentials.
But with the same login and passwort i can log in on webside atlassian.com
Could you help me?
Best regards,
AZ
Hi Agnieszka, welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Sourcetree relies on Internet Explorer for authentication, can you confirm IE is updated to the latest version?
If you're still having issues, please send us a screenshot so we can see where you are stuck, and also have a look at the logs to see if there's some additional information there. You can find them at
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree\sourcetree.log
Let us know!
Kind regards,
Ana

Aga
