As the title says, how do I uninstall SourceTree completely in OSX? I deleted the .app from /Applications but I've still got a "Open in SourceTree" menu entry if I right-click some directory in Finder.

You may need to clear the trash to tell OS X to forget the services provided by SourceTree.
